I was curious to see if Natural Temper was any good on a warrior.
I tried this build in the Isle of the Nameless.

Flail
Natural Temper
Hundred Blades {E}
Sever Artery
Gash
Final Thrust
Enraging Charge
Res

Hoooly crap. Try it out for yourself, I never thought I would see a sword take down a target that fast. Definitely more damage than a Dragonslasher, unless I'm very unobservant, plus you actually have some spike ability with Final Thrust. Attributes are obviously 16 sword and 13 strength.

::EDIT::
Forgot to say that I start off with Enraging Charge on, and hit Hundred Blades as my opening move. I haven't figured out the rest of the order to maximize damage.. would it be more damage with Flail or Natural Temper first?

0 Leadership obviously, which means Natural Temper only lasts 4 seconds. Still seems to work ok though. I wonder if Go For The Eyes would add more damage than that skill.

sry, didn't catch that. I'm kind of used to people listing them with the skills, not somewhere in the middle of the description of how the build is used.
